At PUEBCO EUROPE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your unique home goods; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original PUEBCO packaging, ensuring that fragile home accessories are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the parcel back to our European distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
